You are welcome to bring outside food and drink to the bowling alley.
If you do, please bring your own utensils and napkins as we do not have any on-site.
We have a small snack bar with packaged snacks (chips, candy, crackers, cookies) and soda.
Regular-sized trash cans are located throughout the alley, but it is your responsibility to dispose of any trash that does not fit in our trash cans (e.g., pizza boxes, party trays, etc.). Please help us keep the alley clean by picking up any trash and food you bring.
Reservations who leave trash, excessive crumbs, or otherwise damage the facilities may be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
Reservations:
We do not take reservations on weekends after 7pm.
Reservations need to be a 3 lane minimum and can not be made the day of.
Total price includes the cost of bowling shoes for up to 6 people per lane per hour.
If you arrive 15 minutes late to your set reservation time, we will give your lanes away to people who are waiting.
If your reservation is back-to-back with another reservation, we will be unable to extend your reservation past the original reservation time if you arrive late.
If you need to make adjustments to your reservation, please contact us prior to the day of your reservation. We are unable to make adjustments on the day of the reservation. The full amount will be charged on the day of your reservation. Please contact us via phone or email for cancellations.
Payment is due upon arrival prior to your lanes being turned on. We accept cash, card, Cougar Cash, and BYU Department cards.

Fees:
We have fees for damages caused to our lanes and equipment.
Fees include, hitting the rake, bowling multiple balls at once, having five or more balls stuck on a lane, not wearing bowling shoes, or crossing the foul line.
If you refuse to pay the fines, you will have to leave the alley.
Deliveries to the Bowling Alley:
If you plan to order food, balloons, or any other items to the alley, please let us know in advance.
Please ensure the delivery arrives during our regular hours. If you schedule a delivery outside of public hours, please inform us of the expected arrival time.
Please note that a $15 fee will be added to your reservation cost for any deliveries outside of our public hours.
Additional Tables/Chairs:
If you need additional chairs, tables, or other items, please contact campus scheduling to set up a delivery.
When you reserve 15 lanes, you reserve the entire alley, and your reservation is considered a private event.
Although we have 20 lanes, we only guarantee 15 lanes to account for any broken lanes. If more than five lanes are broken at the time of your reservation, the cost will be adjusted to reflect the number of working lanes we have.
You are welcome to provide your participants with tickets, wristbands, or other identifiers, and we will check to ensure they have one before giving them a pair of bowling shoes.
